Eating disorders often begin during adolescence and are especially common in performance and achievement-focused environments. Early recognition and informed support can make a profound difference in a young person’s recovery. Our goal is to equip the Performing Arts community with the knowledge and resources to help young people thrive.

We offer complimentary training for owners, instructors, coaches, and staff to help support the health and wellbeing of performers. These sessions provide practical guidance on recognizing early signs of eating disorders, understanding healthy fueling for performance, and fostering studio cultures that support positive body image and overall wellbeing.
Topics are tailored to the needs of each organization and may include:
An introduction to eating disorders
Common early warning signs
Non-diet approaches to performance nutrition
Ways to support performers who may be struggling with food, body image, or pressure
Our goal is to equip professionals with the knowledge and confidence to respond thoughtfully to concerns and connect individuals and families with appropriate support when needed. By increasing awareness and understanding, these trainings help organizations create environments where conversations about health and wellbeing feel safe, informed, and supportive for everyone involved.

We offer interactive workshops designed to support the health, confidence, and wellbeing of performers. Sessions are customized to the needs of each organization and can be adapted for different age groups, including younger students, teens, parents, and staff.
Workshops draw on evidence-informed practices in eating disorder prevention, nutrition, and mental health, and may include topics such as:
Fueling for performance & recovery
Body image & comparison

Individual nutrition assessments are conducted by a Registered Dietitian and are designed to support fueling for performance, growth, and overall wellbeing. These assessments provide personalized education, practical guidance, and reassurance for performers and their families.
Assessments may help identify concerns early and provide support around:
Adequate fueling for training & performance
Recovery & injury prevention
RED-S risk
Disordered eating patterns
Nutrition needs related to growth, development, and demanding training schedules
Our goal is to help performers and families better understand how nutrition supports both health and performance, while identifying potential concerns early so that appropriate support can be provided when needed.
Individual nutrition assessments follow our standard assessment rates.
