About The Nourishment Center

Our Mission

At The Nourishment Center in Frisco, our mission is to provide  counseling services to those struggling with eating disorders, food/body concerns, trauma, and anxiety. We believe in a comprehensive approach that addresses the mental, physical, and spiritual nourishment needs of all human beings.

Finding treatment for my eating disorder at The Nourishment Center changed everything. For the first time, I feel understood and hopeful about recovery.

Dinner&Process Group --  6:00-7:30pm -- $50

Group Only -- 6:30-7:30pm  -- $35 


Parent Support Group is Second Saturday 

Next Group:  Saturday, 10/11/25

9:00-10:00am -- $25 per family
